BATM: Let's get right into it. What is your background as a dating coach?

Young Casual: I first started giving basic advice to members on The Player's Bulletin Board back in 2006.  It was my way of giving back, as I myself had been in that position before.  Plus it gave me a natural high, helping people get what they want out of life.  I was soon noticed by The Player and was the first member elected into The Inner Circle.  We wrote the Crash Course and The New Breed over a two and a half year period and I now stand as a respected dating coach, with 2 quality written books under my belt, and that is just the beginning.

BATM: When growing up did you struggle with women?

Young Casual: Without a doubt.  I was brought up as a church-going Christian through the age of ten.  I believed in "fate" and that there's somebody out there for everyone.  I first started taking women, sex, and relationships seriously in my high school years.  The only problem was that I didn't have a clue.  I was the guy getting his friends to ask a girl for their number. I was the guy who watched, waited, and hoped that the girlwould notice me.  After four years of this and I had had enough.  I knew "fate" wouldn't solve my problems for me, so I decided to solve them myself.

BATM: What is the best basic advice do you have for guys struggling with women?

Young Casual: Just do it.  You've come onto the internet for help because what you are doing isn't working, and what we are doing is.  Listen, learn, and put it into action.  It is the only way.  There isn't a magic pill for getting over your fear of approaching women, you just have to do it.  Trust me on this, you'll feel a confidence lift even if you get rejected because you have done it!  It's time to step out of your comfort zone and just do it.  Just get out there and do it!

BATM: How important do you feel looks are to a women and what can men do to overcome any problems with looks?

Young Casual: Looks arn't as important as most men believe.  The best thing a guy can do is to make the best of what he has.  By doing little things - washing, cleaning hair, cleaning nails, losing weight, cleaning teeth, shaving.  This will improve your looks ten-fold.  Women want a man who cares for himself, and chances are, if he cares for himself he cleans up pretty well!
