Do Looks Matter?

Do looks matter and do you need to have good looks to attract women? Can only good looking men attract women? Men have asked me this question countless times and never believe me when I tell them the full answer.

The truth: yes, looks matter. They just don't matter as much as men think they do. Let me explain.

Girls become attracted in a much different way than men do. If you don't believe me, think about how men are turned on more by visuals while women are turned on more by emotions. Compare the strip club industry to the romance novel industry.

That being said, women look for men with strong personality traits more than good looks to create attraction. Looks only matter before you have spoken with the girl. While good looking guys will be approached by women more often and may often have things easier initially, once a guy approaches a girl and starts to socialize with her, it is much more important to portray a strong masculine personality.

Nevertheless, a guy should still care about his appearance. Follow basic hygeine, dress cleanly, and be confident in your looks. How many times have you heard a girl say she wants a confident man?
